And it's those people that tend to wind up on top.

I've met one decent black guy, and he was a Somali muslim. He was at the top of his class in the UN camp he grew up in, and was allowed to come to Norway. He was a hard worker, had very liberal views for a muslim and was relatively smart for a black guy. Never went on welfare, but worked as a translator and taxi driver. I met him in my engineering class.
He actually got decent grades, but I noticed his shortcomings when he simply couldn't understand programming. He failed the class and had to switch majors. I liked talking to him, because he hadn't been brainwashed by western values, so it was like talking to a blank slate as far as western culture is concerned. We actually agreed on many issues regarding race, and he even started talking about Hitler when we stood outside the local place where all the Somalis gathered, which made me feel pretty uncomfortable.
That being said, he's an outlier. Most of the others I've met have been criminals or have gone on welfare.

Quite simply, there won't be enough food to go around and food prices will skyrocket.
