APC is armored personnel carrier. Like a m113 or MTLB, armed with something light like a machine gun or something similar.
IFV is infantry fighting vehicle and it has a gun. Like the Swedish CV9040, American bradley, Brittish warrior, or slav bmp2 etc.
SPG is a self propelled gun. Like the American M108 howitzer, Swedish Bandkanon 1 or German PzH 2000.
This is a self propelled anti aircraft gun but seeing that it lacks a radar dish and is propably slavshit monkeymodel its probably useless as anti air against anything but low flying planes and helicopters so i guess you could say its more of SPG.
Mistaking a IFV for a APC is ok because both are armored and both carries people but this doesn't carry a shit except the crew so its not even close.

Could be, or its a monkey model. I don't see why they would remove the radar because the kurds get aattacked by turk helicopters all the time. Either way its sensitive equipment and they are in the sandbox so if it did have a radar its not unlikely that it was broken
