Every single time you attempt to argue in favor of overthrowing putin and his gang of thieves, everyone will accuse you of "attempting a maidan". Every bydlo statist now preaches that all who oppose putin want to turn our country into a 3rd world african shithole like ukraine.

Nothing really, I just couldn't stand it. Even my family started to hate Ukraine, it was too much. Well, some of my friends have been hurt or even incarcerated for being too active opposition in Russia and now they are planning to move here too (because elections are already lost).
>>
>>74947443
It's forbidden by law in Germany afaik. Also I think what happened in Maidan is somewhat a consequence of what happened during Occupy Wall Street. Or rather them thinking peaceful protest doesn't work. Here we get still surprised when someone whacks us with a billy club.

This what I would like to know as well. I think Putin is dictator but then it's not like our governments were much better, it's just a different style. I wouldn't be surprised if the West was paying the opposition to destabilize Russia.
>>
>>74947714
Correct, they are (they are not even new, lol). But keep in mind that Ukraine had (and it still has) a war on the East and the young man, who could stop the corrupt old politicians from taking part in new government, had to go to this war.
I mean, if there was no war, who knows, what a new government would be.

>>74947714

Pretty much, the difference is that he is pro-EU/NATO. Western Ukrainians are having wet dreams of joining the EU so they can fuck off to countries like UK ASAP. Fact is, Ukraine is fucked no matter if it's in the EU or not.

>join EU, instantly lose workforce

It would be the same fucking shit. "The young man" that was sent to fight the war is, for the most part, just another village degenerate bydlo.

I don't know. Another Maidan would be a really stupid idea. Maybe it will just go as before: the government exists, says and does something but citizens do not care.
I'm here only for two weeks, I don't really know much about current political movements here. Maybe I'm missing something. But opposition here looks pretty like Russian opposition for me: no clear program, just a silly idea to copy Western Europeans. Except that here they are not hurt/incarcerated.

Ukraininans are just naive like a child, not just stupid, which makes it both fun and sad at the same time.

Usually there is a leader to a national revolution, that comes to power and rebuilds the system.

In Ukraine it looks like that:
1. "Let's throw a revolution against the bad regime!"
2. Regime falls
3. ...
4. "Let's elect the new leader"
5. The new leader is just as corrupt or even more corrupted
>>
>>74949003
I just hope it will never join the EU.
Because otherwise I won't be surprised if the population would support the idea of taking the refugees (even though no refugee will go here, lol).

Some say that isolating a country only makes the established power structures more powerful, for a lack of alternatives. So you could argue that all the anti-Putin stuff only helps him ironically.

If Germany and Russia worked together it would improve the situation of both countries and make us less dependent in terms of the other world. Just economically alone. I don't know what would happen to Putin but I think he would relax. I hope.

Anyhow for us it would help because the would counter leverage our American influence. Basically our whole government is in love with America.

I don't get why there isn't more about Maidan in pop culture. The whole thing is really interesting, doesn't matter if you agree with the rioters or not.
>>
>>74946515
That's all was obvious since 90's, liberashka. Maidan just one of many illustrations, the most closest and recent one.
>>
>>74949292
Well, there is a problem with Ukrainian government system since no government rotation is possible without things like Maidan, and maidans worsen the economy, the politics and relationships with other nations.

When Poroshenko's offshores were uncovered, he should've went through impeachment and left his post, and that would allow for a new president to be chosen.

But he didn't do that since the government is corrupt. So the only way to remove him pre-election would be to have another maidan, which would worsen the economy and split the country again.

/pol/ also helped expose the pro maiden CIA operation.

We then got to see Putin completely outmaneuver the west.

All though, the stories coming out of rebel cities where ukie were forces shelling residential areas were quite tragic.

Also, fucking combatants becoming 'e-famous' and engaging with /pol/ and other people from around the globe.

Not to mention live internet bantz between rebel and maiden forces.

If you want to know my opinion, Germany and Russia are natural allies in Europe because the only alternative Germany has is France that can't be German ally in long terms. You have money and civil technologies, we have tons of resources and high-educated manpower. We also permanent member of the UN Security Council and second military power(including nuclear capabilities) and this is very useful for Germany. The only problems that disturb this synergy is dependency of Germany from America and butthurt belt that lie on trade routes between our countries.
>>
>>74950192
I just think there is a civilized political way to build a party, write a program and put enough effort to be elected because nobody's really interferes with the opposition here (as I see it). But I can't see anybody who really wants it, people just prefer to leave the country when they have enough money.
>>
>>74946515
But it is so. Now, any revolution in Russia will sponsored by opponents of Russia. In the end they (small bunch of rich people) will come to power again, stolen rest of our money and ultimately drive us straight to GRAND ZHOPA/ WELIKIY PIZDETS (you can call it as you wish)

coup d'etat

1)ukraine had a shitty corrupted president
2)EU wanted to smuggle goods to russia and eurasian economic union via ukraine because EU is close tooverproduction crysis and has shitloads of debts and russia is big a net exporter.
3)CIA wanted to start a war and to ruin everything just like in egypt or syria.
4)Ukrainian oligarchs wanted money
5)Ukrainian nationalists were simply stupid like niggers.
6)russia wanted to maintain status quo

so ukrainian oligarchs, backed by own and european economic interests, supported by CIA made a coup to remove another oligarch. when they realised what the have done and what loses they will have, they refused to PAY for consequences.

>So you want to say that current Russian government isn't doing the same?
No. Over time, the political system has stabilized. Some corrupt elements got out of the game. Begins to act the law.
In Russia a lot of corruption, but to compared with 90th, it is much, much less.
In order to stabilize the political system takes time (years) and money.
Russia had this.
Ukraine has not money now, it is not enough. So I do not know how it can be delayed in Ukraine.
>>74951183
>Just like any other revolution anywhere anytime.
Agreed, But if the situation has developed in such a way that people have a specific motion, specific representatives, the revolution will be made ideological people and for the people good.
As it was in France, as it was in Russia in October 1917.
In Ukraine, the people did not have a specific movement and representatives. People just came to express their dissatisfaction of the president, "play off steam." They took advantage of it for purely private purposes.
