'Won'?
A country, just a part of Europe, was never going to 'win' long term against the rest of the world (combined lands of Russia, Britain, much of Europe, some of Asia, and the Americas).
I guess what you mean is if they hadn't lost as early or just made some gains followed by peace and continued National Socialist rule. The only complete victory condition I can think of would be for them to absolutely conquer Russia and the United States, which is just preposterous.

The world would be indeed better without jews, and we wouldn't have any muslim migrants nor gypsy problems, but we would have a revolution or a civil war, a european federal(-ish) state would be possible only trough negotiations , Europe united trough war will end in revolution.

Going off Hitler's Revolution by Richard Tedor and other sources:
1. Germany would be a superpower on par with the United States (Cold War era), with political hegemony over Central Europe and whatever parts of Eastern Europe that aren't Russian-dominated.
2. Poland and Ukraine would be German satellite states, and Russia would probably go fascist after Hitler destroyed the Soviet government and hanged Stalin - as he reportedly vowed to do.
3. Germany would lead the world in the Space Race and would certainly have landed on the Moon first, and probably a lot sooner than 1969.
4. We wouldn't have central banking or mass immigration. It would be far less taboo to criticise Jewish behaviour, and Fascism would be a lot more popular. Communism and the Cultural Marxism that followed would be virtually non-existent.
5. Germany would have established hegemony over the Nordic countries, and maybe would eventually absorb them.
6. Colonialism would probably continue a lot longer, without both America and the USSR pushing against it. The Third World population boom of the 2nd half of the 20th century was fueled by Western foreign aid, so it might be lessened greatly.
