It's not messing with the people. It's messing with an entirely pointless hotline. And it you want to cry about indigenous people in Canada I'll tell you what they are known for I'm my area. Cheap crappy smokes and cheap watery gas, and stealing cars, bringing them to the reservation, stripping them down and leaving them on their lawn and laughing because provincial police can't touch them on a reservation.
