I'm a Mainer, and I see my state slipping into the shitty end of the pool really fast.
In the downtown Portland area, we're getting a lot of Muslims and Somalians here for god knows whatever reason, the state swings Bernie blue and it's getting worse all the time, and the pretentious art school in Portland is a breeding ground for hipsters, Tumblrinas, and LGBQ faggots.
Despite our Republican governor (and even as a Republican myself, I think LePage is a fucking retard) and open-carry laws, I really feel like Maine is becoming a breeding ground for liberal shit head left-wingers. Hell, we even voted for Lyin' Ted Cruz as the GOP hopeful.

Welcome to my world of living in rural Oregon. The whole fucking state is red except Portland (OR) and Eugene which have all the voting power and a ton of stupid liberals, thanks to the universities, which makes us Bernieblue in polls. The struggle is real, Mainbro. There is not much you can do about it though, the votes are simply not there :(
