Anything that can see this ship (visually) can also bee seen by the ship, but outside of visual range, it has the advantage of being hard to detect on radar. It's a shame such a matchup never happened. If it did, every year when they take the USS Constitution out of the harbor, they could bring the Victory and reenact the surrender of the British flagship.
