1. Contrary to the pseudoscience of alternative medicine, humans need to eat meat in order to be healthy.

2. Speciesism is intuitively wrong. We don't care about the interest of fellow humans because they look like us. We don't care about the interests of fellow humans because they feel pain like us. We care about the interests of humans because there are people inside of humans. There is someone experiencing reality from the perspective of every human being. This is not the case with other animals therefore their interests don't matter.

White people ate meat and drowned it with beer and they conquered the world.

Coincidentally, ''civilizations'' that ate sticks and roots and washed it all down with water au human waste are among the most primitive bunch of cave dwellers in modern society.

Pork moistened with blood doused on coal with good hearty beer quenched the hunger of conquerors. Grass and gravel barely sated the hunger of persons barely classified as homo sapiens.

Daily reminder that vegetarianism/veganism is a Masonic/Rosicrucian cleansing rite. It has only spiritual significance and was never meant to be practiced by someone not engaged in these disciplines.

About 300g (fuckloads).

Also, 100 calories of broccoli actually has only 8.4g of protein, while 100 calories of "beef" actually has 10 grams (or more, if it's lean) of protein, while also having superior micronutrient composition and tasting way fucking better.

As always, vegans lie like fuck about all of their "facts" and are completely delusional about how unhealthy and unfeasible veganism is.
>>
>>74882181
Eating some ahi tuna right now.
>>
>Broccoli
>Per 100 calories

Do you have any fucking idea how much Broccoli that is? That's like 2 huge fucking bowls full. It would take you hours to down all that, not to mention you would be farting all day long. And you have to remember you need that protein every day, so are people really prepared to eat 2 fucking stalks of broccoli every day just because they don't want to eat an animal that was only bred for the sole purpose of being eaten? I mean they do realize these aren't innocent wild caught animals, these are animals that would only exist because people bred the animals to do so.

Now all that said, I can respect someone wanting to be a vegan if they don't try pushing their retard on me. There's nothing wrong with being compassionate and caring about animals, but they really should realize that humans are meant to consume them as energy, much like wolfs, or tigers will do the same regardless of what you do, that animal will die in the end. In fact it would probably be more humane to let a person eat it, rather then it being killed and mauled alive by a tiger or something.
>>
>>74881193
Why are vegans almost exclusively liberal?
>>
>>74881193

First of all, plants are responsible for creating the air we breath.
Second, plants can feel pain, this has been proven and there is some evidence that sufficient quantities of plants develop nerve networks and communicate with one another when attacked / danger is close.

Plants are animals of a different stripe, they want to live, spread their seeds, literally and pass on their genetics.

They are evolving.

Nothing on earth can eat without killing something else, or feeding from what has already been killed.

Plants need fertile soil, this fertility comes from death, shit and age.

SORRY VEGANS..

You just kill and eat things that can't run away.

There is a certain B vitamin that is either not available in plant sources or not enough to justify to becoming vegan. I can't remember which.

Veganism, if you really think about it, is eurocentric/anti-diversity. Many people's culture revolves around meals with meats. Vegans, who are mostly leftests, are ironically White privilege incarnate.

Veganism is also anti-poor. And not everybody can afford to eat vegan. For the working poor, hamburger is an inexpensive compared to vegetables and fruits.

Veganism is anti-human in that it disregards the species dependence on meat for subsistence all over the world. It it also ignores the fact that meat was possibly one of the means humans as a species evolved to grow bigger brains.

I’ve seen this idiotic meme repeated many times, but the primary source of this stupid—see also: delusional, ludicrous, and absurd—notion seems to be Dr. Joel Furhman. My mom—bless her little osteoporotic soul—keeps his books down at the beach cottage. I don’t think she does it to taunt me, but you never know. I was a bad kid, and payback may be in order. My family has forbidden me to read Dr. Furhman’s books, to pick them up, or to even glance at the covers because the resulting full-on nutrition-rant kills everybody’s beach buzz.

It's kind of a simple fact that the ideal human diet is mostly plant-based. Slaughterhouses and factories are cancerous, but we're too far in to stop now. Hopefully we can start raising and eating insects soon (entomophagy).

>per 100 calories
>not per 100 grams

I'LL TAKE MISLEADING AS FUCK DATA FOR £500 PLEASE

Calories per 100g of brocolli: 31
3.7g protein per 100g

100/31 = 3.2
3.7*3.2 = 11.9g protein in 100kcal/320g of brocolli

1oz serving of brocolli = 28g, 320/28 = 11.4 servings of brocolli for 11.9g of protein

Protein in 187kcal/100g lean steak = 29.81
29.81/11.9 = 2.505
100/2.505 = 39.92

So there is as much protein in 39.9g of lean steak as there is in 320g of brocolli.

Vegans seem to be forgetting that most proteins from vegetables are often incomplete protein. Incomplete protein are useless if they are not complimented to form complete protein. Uneducated vegans often don't know this and they end up being quite deficient in some nutrients, especially protein. Most of them don't even know how to supplement properly, leading to continued deficiency and maybe even excess of some things, which is bad. Eating broccoli and taking multivitamins aren't enough.

Here's a primer for those unfamiliar
http://www.builtlean.com/2012/10/03/complete-vs-incomplete-protein-sources/

You'd have to eat all sorts of plant protein sources to get what you need, whereas you only need to eat a few animal-based protein sources to get the same. It's much more efficient to just eat animal-based protein sources.

For instance, the pic related. Beef is more packed with calories than broccoli that you'd have to eat a bowl (or bowls) of broccoli to get the same amount of protein as eating a decent-sized steak. And you also have to eat other plant-based protein to complement the broccoli because it is incomplete protein.

Eating a dead cow is eating one dead cow.

Eating plants is eating dead mice, rats, bugs, dear, pigs, and any other pest that can, and will fuck up your crops.

As a matter of fact, the FDA allows for a certain PPM of dead animal in all your so-called "vegan" food products.

Sort of. It's more than just veganism, though. Covers animal abuse required to entertain people at Seaworld/Carnivals, etc. Covers animal products. It's designed to guilt you into becoming a vegan, obviously.

Highly effective film. I don't think I'll ever go full vegan, but after watching it, I don't ever want to eat veal, buy fox coat jackets, or go to any kind of animal show.

All of the footage was real and disturbing too, so even if it may seem like propaganda, everything actually happened and was real. Hard to say how prevalent it truly is, but it was very disturbing

Hunting and eating flesh is THE main thing mankind is made for.

The only reason for bipedal, upright walking is that your viscerals don't hit against your braething apperatus like a steamhammer while running. Also we have hairless skin so our body can cool by swaeting - hairless skin is basically our huge main cooland system. Therefore humans can run extremely long dictances at a speed which forces quadrupedal animals to run fast/sprint. without having to stop like those animals.

Quadrupedal animals cool their metabolsim via panting, which they can't do while running since their viscreals hit against their phrenic like a steam hammer. So at some point they cannot continue to run away further because they suffur from overheating and heatstroke.

The animal then just stands there lethargically and can be easily ended.

Humans are cursorial hunters by design.

It doesn't matter if you use a spear, a bow or a rifle or other strategies than cursorial hunting. We are hunters and flesh eaters and will always be.

Which means that you are a brainfucked cucked retard.

Fiber and water. What does that mean? It means it's nothing but water and indigestible material. Fiber is anything your body can't digest. When I eat leaves I just poop them out whole and there's a bunch of leaves floating in toilet

I am not disagreeing. I am saying it's a great supplement to a meat based dinner and it makes a great snack. It gives your stomach a full feeling and stops a lot of people from snacking. Same reason why drinking a lot of water keeps you hydrated and also gives people a feeling of being full.

Not sure how that isn't clear. Take it up with nutritionists if you can't understand that.

>>74881644
>>74881675

And that's assuming you were even able to fully digest it. You would need to cook the broccoli to get anywhere close to the full nutritional value, and then you're denaturing the proteins in the process (more so than if you're charring the outside of a steak).

There's a reason why humans were able to develop such large brains, and that reason is that we evolved with a significant amount of meat and fish consumption in our diets -- it's all about nutritional density and bioavailability. Our ancestors and people in traditional cultures were much more in tune with consuming organ meats as well -- there is literally nothing with greater nutrient density.

Good luck getting adequate B12 as a vegan. And if you happen to have certain very common gene mutations (MTHFR), you'll find that virtually all of the added B12 (cyanocobalamin) and synthetic folic acid in foods and supplements cannot be processed by your body at all. And those are just the ones we know about today.
>>

This means nothing, because the calorie density is not taken into account. Notice that the figures do not indicate protein per unit volume, because the calorie density of broccoli is so small you would have to eat a much greater volume of broccoli than steak to get to the 100 calories. In one bite of steak vs broccoli, you will get much more protein in the steak bite.
>>
>>74884697
>Propaganda
While technically true I don't like that word because it has connotations of bending the facts to your opinions. If you show real footage that's not bending the facts, it's the plain truth.
That's the same reason why I don't think clips of immigrants breaking stuff and acting like monkeys is propaganda. It's just showing it like it is.
Animal shows and most zoos are utterly disgusting, and that's coming from someone who can't go two days without meat. Inflicting pain to someone weaker for the sake of money and paying someone to inflict pain on someone weaker for the sake of a few minutes of entertainment is very uncivilised.

>5 cows
Let's actually look at this meme. So depending on your area and annual rain fall you get so much grass per acre. So in very dry areas where these crops won't grow without irrigation from water from somewhere else, it can be anywhere from 5-40 acres. Think Texas, west Oklahoma, West Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, South/North Dakota, East Washington.

Can't grow your precious veggies in these areas.

You can also graze cattle in areas that are too rocky, too short a growing season, or too rough of terrain for proper crops. Think Missouri, East oklahoma, Montana.

You can't grow veggies in those areas.

So cattle are already on land that's not suited to grow veggies. Your meme is outdated.

Also, Across your THOUSANDS of acres of hilly crop ground, plus managing your business and kids through the summer, you don't have time to walk through 7 foot corn and shoo all the pests away.

Fuck off you dumb city slicker and eat your kebabs like a good muslim.

I really love farm animals and think they're so cute and innocent. I wonder what would happen if we just released them all tomorrow.

I know they would be preyed upon by wolves/big cats and stuff, but I wonder if over time they would evolve to be self sufficient and lead happy lives in the wild.

Not trying to be a faggot, but I wish there was a way to eat meat without any animal suffering. Knowing there's animals in cages or worse as we sit here really gets me down. Veganism is just being morally vapid as is the rest of typical degenerate virtue signaling behavior.

You can't be vegan unless you live in a dirt hut, wear grass skirts and only eat what you pick off of trees and pull from the ground.

Just like you can't be both Pro-Islam, and Pro-LGBT.

Grains were very rarely eaten by humans until relatively recently in Human History. Grain based diets were impossible until the invention of farming.

Academic literature review on Crohn's disease says once you send it into remission with steroids you can keep the inflammation low with:
>mostly lacto-ovo-vegetarian diet
>with lean meat (chicken) once a week
>fish is okay
But NOT a vetan diet.
