There are many petitions trying to get China to stop eating dogs at its festival.
Some have millions of signatures.
But what if India launched a petition to stop Europeans from eating beef? What if they got a billion Hindu signatures.
Nationalism means respecting other people's culture, too, and not interfering with it.
Just like we don't want Islam to destroy our culture and traditions, we should not be trying to destroy China's culture and traditions either.

They certainly haven't been farmed, as there would be some kind of uniformity. In OP they are all of a similar size. Also, food prepared in the video doesn't seem like its legal. To kill cows you move them into a confined space and shoot them with a bolt gun. Same with most other animals over a certain size. Legal outfits don't employ sticks.
