I forgot to tell you I work in government, so I'm in Olympia, Seattle, bell view, and Portland. If I was working outside of main city's like south hill, Kent, or east side I would feel pretty good about talking about this stuff. Washington GOP rules stipulate that all convention delegates MUST vote according to the popular vote of their district on the first ballot.
