Under these rules every new cigar, pipe, or vape blend released since 2007 will have to be pulled from shelves and undergo FDA certification. They have also said they wont be approving and flavored fruit or candy blends whatsoever so we can say bye to aromatic pipe tobacco and practically all the popular vape blends. I read through this thread and I want to point a few things out. First, vaping isn't a hipster sport anymore. Most vapers are 30 + years old and only do it to quit smoking. They quit vaping eventually as well. So its not an addiction merchant game, that is why its under fire you morons, the merchants are losing. Second, which merchants are losing the most? The tobacco jews can sell their shit in any third world country they can buy their way in to. The Medical Jews cannot. Vaping in particular is costing the US medical industry billions, projected into the trillions. People who vape do not get sick as often as smokers by far, but the secret is the PG in vape juice has an anti-viral effect that makes vapers get sick less often than people who don't vape or smoke. Less doctor visits, less prescriptions, less cancer. A pack of cigarettes costs 5 bucks, a chemo round is 70,000. The people who wrote these regulations worked as lobbyists for the pharm companies before going to work for the FDA, all of them are bergs, goldmen, steins.
Also, these regulations are retroactive for 9 years. What are you idiots going to do when other regulatory agencies decided to retroact their policies? When the IRS decides a new tax should start 20 years ago and collect retroactively? The EPA decides power companies should pay a fine that raises your electric bills 50 bucks a month? There is a lot at stake here.

Probably referring to the specific line, which would effectively put a decent amount of variety out of the market. Though this seems largely unenforceable becasue as I recall there are rather wide regional and while those in the industry could easily work around it via simply dusting off an old blend and using largely modified tobaccos that are vaguely 'latakia' anf 'burly' or something with no real indication of origin or process beyond that which could allow a rather free range of 'old' yet completely different blends.
