Hugo boss is Chinese garbage made of inferior materials, the general rule for suits is if you find it in a department store don't buy it.
For the price of a off the leg department store suit you can get a made to measure suit from an online shop for the same price but the quality of the materials, construction, and accessories will be superior.
Department stores come with a glued polyester canvas which makes you hot, uncomfortable and feel trapped in your suit. A horse hair canvas makes the suit breathable, gives it flexibility and makes it much more comfortable to wear.
Department store suits usually are made with extreme shoulder padding which looks good on absolutely no one, it's a trend that just won't die for some reason and nearly all bespoke and made to measure suit companies use minimal or no padding.
They also use inferior material, polyester/wool mix which feels stiff, cheap and hot. A proper wool jacket and trousers will feel cooler in the summer but warmer in the winter.
They also use plastic instead of horn for the buttons which has a huge difference in the quality and plastic is really easy to break compared to horn.
