He has put in all the parish bulletins a lie saying anyone going to our chapel will be excommunicated. He doesn't have that authority. One of the strange things that Pope John Paul II did was allow the return of the Latin Mass that Pope Paul VI banned.
Then Pope Benedict XVI said you didn't need the local bishops approval to attend a Latin Rite Mass because he knew the modernists were not allowing it.
But that didn't stop our current bishop from scaring off a lot of people in the hope that the chapel will just disappear.
