Liberals claim the legalization process will begin next spring, but they want to "do it right." So there will be studies, committees and junkets and much time and taxpayer money spent. So much time that any bill that is introduced will die on the order paper when the next election writ is dropped. Weed will say that he tried, but didn't quite get it done. No problem.
