Why is it that such wide ranging degeneracy is happening in these locations, is it the natural proclivity of those who have a modicum of power and money or is there a deeper and darker and more sinister force at work.

Also should we just tear the industry down and rebuild it from scratch or is it something that should just be torn down and not rebuilt at all?

Would love to hear the opinions of all on this.
