Mine:

Add 1 large tablespoon French mustard, 1 teaspoon paprika, salt, very, very finely diced 1/8 onion and a small pickle (rasping is easier), one teaspoon sugar and a tablespoon of white wine vinegar. Stir until satisfied. Optional is a pinch of garlic. Leave refrigerated for a day to allow the flavours to mix.
I have perfected this recipe over a course of months, but you can of course adjust slightly to your own tastes.
