Checking those quads and not all Canadians voted him in. Try to keep in mind our systems works differently, its a parliamentary system. We vote local party members in our municipalities to have seats in the parliament, the more seats an individual party has, the more power they have over the rest. We have a majority Liberal party government and at the head of that party is Trudaeu. Anyone of his party members can say, "No Trudaeu, I do not like what you are asking of us. I do not want to support it." and then, the party itself has to decide on their own if they choose to support a bill before it is put forward in parliament. Sadly, Trudaeu lined his cabinet with people that are willing to serve him with full willingness no matter if it is corrupt or just. All they care about is being the side that wins and stays on top.
Hence his tactics involved with this elbow fiasco. A member of the opposition, the right, Conservatives was speaking to the third party of opposition which are more far left that the Liberals, the NDP. This is why he stormed over and ripped the Conservative member away, to divide out parliament even further. Subversion is a marxist tactic and its exactly what type of Climate Change Soro's speaks of.
