He has a great system, goes into weakened states and opens up educational and information centers to pump out propaganda for profit, all the while flying the humanitarian banner. He can talk shit, manipulate and stir up massive shit in these countries and come off looking like a good guy, even though it's just for his profit.
The guy is a vampire, sinks his fangs in weakened hosts and paralyzes the host country, it doesn't work all the time for him, he's sometimes chased out with stakes and pitchforks.
He even betrayed the state of Israel for profit a while back at some Opec oil conference, the right after his manipulation machine started speculating oil and we saw it run up to $140 a barrel from $60, then crash down to $40 and then right back up again. All the while he was buying and selling oil stock and talking from his usual shyster script which spreads chaos and misinformation so he can profit.
