Transhumanism is the culmination of centuries of Jewish movements of subversion, seeking to destroy traditionally established, necessary and worthwhile norms and boundaries for the sake of aimless materialistic hedonism. To be honest, I don't think a handful of Jews advocating for body modification is a big problem, because most of this stuff will have a teething period where the implications are worked out on amputees and eventually, people with damaged or degenerated brains, so it'll be easier to see what the effects of a generalised social roll-out of the technology would result in.
The bigger problem is the lack of reverence for the soul, the intellect, or society.
If technology 100 years away was available today, we'd have plebs taking payday loans against their vat-born halfbreed offspring in order to buy implants that give them literal thundercocks and turbocunts, but wire their brains directly to Apple and Disney headquarters.
Then the democratic-NGO process would make laws where tech like that would incrementally be mandated, and we'd be in Deus Ex dystopia land before long.
Honestly, one sci-fi possibility I'm more interested in is building an AI like "Deep Thought" that would use its superior processing power to design super tech for its followers, and enable them to take over the world and implement its efficiency and (hopefully) justice across the world.
Everybody likes to think of transhumanism as giving everybody 50 extra IQ points, but it's probably going to give them dildos with sensor feedbacks and in-mind product placement.
Imagine having to watch a Youtube ad before you could think about something.

The societal effect those body modifications have will be the death of nationalism worldwide. The philosophical implications transhumanism has when you consider the possibilities will tear nations apart. Think pro-life vs pro-choice but on a much much larger scale.
You'll have people arguing what it is that defines a human.
If half of your brain's cells are damaged and we replace those, are you still considered human? Now if we replace 3/4s of it are you still human? What if we just replace 95% of your brain's cells with artificial circuits? Are you still human if you're just a brain in a completely artificial body?
Can you upload your conscience to a computer or does that erase your soul?
Do you have the same rights as those with biological bodies? Should you be able to get modifications that enhance your ability to perform your job or is that unfair to those who can't afford body modifications?
Will people look at you the same way?
Not to mention it opens the gates to endless degeneracy. The sanctity of the human body will no longer exist.
But of course this is an extrapolation of the concept of transhumanism. A lot of this is still decades away from practicality but the implications do spell danger to some extent.
