The Obama administration really fucked up black people desu. Speaking from experience, I've gone to schools with majority of black kids. During the Bush administration, my high school still had several programs and meetings to help the youth stay out of gangs and be better role models in the community. Then, years later at a job corps location, none of these programs were around but we had dumb shit like all people were encouraged to wear hoodies for support of Trayvon.
