For starters we would need to convince people to stop voting for socialist politicians. Considering the whole system and media are designed to keep them in power eternally, this is going to be real tough.
Now the only realistic approach I can find is to check out from the system altogether. Stop working, stop paying taxes, live an auto-sufficient life in the woods, along other people in closed communities. Harvest your own crops, raise your own cattle, hunt, fish, build houses...
Extremely few people are interested in such a lifestyle though. They would rather be unemployed and get social benefits sitting on their asses while watching their country collapse. This is also part of the system, making sure that people cannot find the will to live without it.

We have really good crypto technologies, complex information systems with more to design, ... There's some designing needed to make the system robust and mostly ensure the attraction of all people, but it could definitely work.
