If all of them were good, productive members of society that adhered to, and respected the norms and culture of the country they moved to, then there would be not much of a problem.
Then again, if they were all like that, then they would probably forge their own nations, with their own laws and culture.
But we are different, in many ways, and coexistence in the same country, though possible, is a tenuous prospect at best, with many more issues than a predominantly single ethnicity country.
