My sister works for a large company that specialises in bioengineering(GMOs), and most of her colleagues have heard rumors in the industry that China is secretly investing and developing a eugenics and Gene enhancement programs with the aim of creating genetically enhanced humans in the future. Meaningless because
A). artificial wombs aren't viable at this point and even when they become viable that does not mean they will be practical for mass production.
B). There aren't enough Chinese female wombs available to fill in for artificial wombs due to lolOne Child Policy and Chinese preference for male children, and even if the Chink government did somehow draft all the spoiled Chinese Princesses by force hordes of Chinese White Knights who are already desperate for pussy will revolt.
C). Even if they did manage to somehow start churning out UberChinks those UberChinks would still only be useless children for the next 15 years at a minimum.
Odds are WW3 will have happened long before then so pipedreams like this will never come to fruition.
If you really want to fear-monger about something freak out about the Chinks creating a plague genetically engineered to kill everyone that isn't a Chink and then accidentally the world when the disease mutates and starts wiping out the Chinks too.
