Women just aren't as good at things are men are. A woman who tries to do a mass shooting only gets a couple of victims before she's stopped, so it doesn't really get much attention. I'm sure if you look at those statistics that judge a mass shooting as being anything over two victims (including the shooter) and have a billion mass shootings per year, you'll find lots of female perpetrators. But the general public doesn't really consider three victims to be a mass anything, so they don't get any attention.
