Andrew Jackson and Harry Truman are my favorites. Herbert Hoover was surprisingly good but never gets any credit.

Obama was okay but he made a lot of mistakes, could be slimy and subversive, and was too radically liberal to cooperate. In the end he divided the country even deeper along party lines and sunk race relations to their lowest level in the last 50 years.
