Either come to Montreal, which is kinda English, but is very multicultural and has a ton of diverse ethnicity.
Or go anywhere else in Quebec, where you would be hated if you don't speak French perfectly and aren't white. The women there are amazing though.
I live in Montreal, it's a lovely city, find the right neighborhood and it's a good life with good economic prospect. The taxes hurt a lot though.

Montreal is a terrible city full of Muslims and SJW cucks, and "Quebec hates English people" is a meme outside of Lac St. Jean.
I live in Sherbrooke, consistently voted the happiest city in Canada, and used to live in Val d'Or in Western Quebec where there's virtually no english speakers, and I've never suffered any racism for being a Slav from Manitoba.
In fact, the only discrimination I've ever had in Canada is by anglocucks who assume I'm french because I live in Quebec.

Je vais etre honnete, j'ai juste vecu a Montreal, Centre-du-Quebec et Capitale Nationale, les autres regions administratives j'en connais pas trop mais de ce que j'ai observee a CdQ et CN, j'ai vite compris que les gens etaient tres souverainistes et voyaient tout ce qui n'etait pas francophone et nationaliste comme une menace a leur culture.
Bien sure, ce que je rencontre est juste une anecdote, mais il est facile de voir que beaucoup de gens sont du meme avis que moi.
