>communism has never been tried
>communism can work under the right leader
>soviet russia/china/vietnam/cuba/zimbabwe weren't communist and weren't founded by communist rebels
>nobody died under communism
>capitalism kills more than communism
When will it be legal to prove these people right and kill them? These people literally make my chest hurt.
>>
Technically what most people consider communism is not what Karl Marx envisioned. However it was founded on his version of communism so saying it wasn't is wrong.

However you can also make the argument that no country is Capitalist. True capitalism is a true free market which no country on earth uses. At least not any first/second world ones. There are some regulations in every single country. Which makes it a mixed economy, AKA not true capitalism.

Also saying nobody has died because of communism contradicts one of the core principles of it which is, the government should be overthrown by violent revolution.
>>
That's the real Holocaust denial of our age.
The denial of the tens of millions of people killed because of the communists, and the destruction that communist totalitarianism has done to every country it has been applied.

t. A Guy Who's Never Read Adam Smith

Smith identifies tons of places where self interested behavior leads to suboptimal results: Underinvestment in education and infrastructure, high levels of financial instability, unchecked duopolies (basically the even-worse version of monopolies because they glide in under the radar and can actually exist within a free market.)

You free-marketers are tools. I don't mean that you're useful idiots (though you are) but that you're all jackasses. Public goods are important, and it's not a coincidence that this country's economy went to shit when people thought it'd be a good idea to turn the policymaking back to the 1890s.

Sorry fampai, Bernie Sanders and his ilk are a toxic bomb waiting to happen to this country. But so are Cruz and his followers, and Rubio, etc, etc.

The reason I'm voting Trump is that he seems to give a shit about the mixed economy's core principles of providing public goods while allowing the markets which can, deal with their own shit.

I say "the markets that can" because what Adam Smith also recognized implicitly is that there are markets which inherently cannot go unregulated, be it due to inherently information asymmetry (finance sector) or due to unstable capital structures (housing.) But most-everything else is fair game.

Communism isn't even supposed to have a leader. I talked to an actual communist once, very interesting guy and well read. Thing is, though, that even he got fucked up by the concept of objective morality. To prove his ideology was right he relied on objective moral judgement yet when I refuted his moral values, his only recourse was to claim morality was subjective.

Communism is fundamentally flawed, because it requires morality to be both objective and subjective at the same time to justify itself.

>Underinvestment in education and infrastructure
You Americans are like #1 in education spending if Trump has his facts correct, and he probably does. Where is that education? Your government is investing shit tons of money and it's not producing results.

It's true that government can invest huge amounts of money into projects, but the problem is these projects don't always produce results. With sufficiently high degree of corruption, they never produce results. The best way to corrupt a government is to give it more power.

>>74042611
I can actually answer that. We've known since the Kansas City Experiment in the 80s what the problem is, but nobody wants to admit it.

Basically Educational Spending isn't the problem. If you divide our students up by race, White Americans score better than Germans, and are only lagging behind other European Whites because we count Middle Easterners as white here.

Our educational system works fine... For whites and Asians. It doesn't work for blacks, arabs or Mestizos, because they are genetically inferior.

It's as simple as that. But we can't ADMIT that, so we keep dumping more and more money into schools when it doesn't fix anything, because people are more willing to throw money into the fire than they are to admit that there are racial limits on the effectiveness of education.

Trump is clever, he talks about moving education back to local authority because that will at least reduce costs, and address the problem of dumbing down all education to nigger levels. I don't hate black people, but this is simply the truth: Regression to the Mean makes increased educational spending pointless.

The only time a centralized state economy has EVER worked has been National Socialism and Fascism and that's because they essentially turned their economies into war time economies outside of war.
>>
Communism is an utopia, as much as pure Capitalism.
>>
>>74042872
It really doesn't. American whites are just as dumb as blacks, because they receive the same retard level education. I don't care what your IQ or scores at government tests are. If your head is full of trash that IQ is wasted on you.

And that's what you receive from your schools. Trash.
>>
>>74042611

That was an example of shit Smith wrote about; the US pretty much does provide that public good sufficiently. I would prefer it if graduate schools got a little more funding, but that's a personal (and admittedly biased) preference.

Also, while no amount of spending will make niggers and beaners learn like white people, smaller classroom sizes generally provide a better service to the children. Can't have smaller classroom sizes and universal primary education without building more schools and hiring more teachers. Most of the spending in the US goes to jackoff tech projects to try and give little nignogs tablet computers or some horseshit like that. I'm talking about an expansion of the system as opposed to trying to make it more efficient.

Economics already explained why education will always be an inefficient sector: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baumol%27s_cost_disease

Yes, corruption = bad, glad we could work that bit out. Growing the government too much provides the impetus for more corruption, as I imagine an Estonian is well-aware. But the US government is what, ~30% of GDP? Maybe 35%? That's not historic lows, but it's not particularly high either.

Communism and capitalism aren't properly defined by any authors or what-so ever.

Marx did not define communism, just as Smith did not define capitalism. The true core definition of capitalism is private ownership with the goal of gaining capital. The rest is up for debate. Slavery is very capitalistic in a non-industrial society, but Smith ultimately condemned it. Communism isn't also clearly defined. Marx's true communism is one without a government, without classes and without money, however this has never been attempted in the entire world. Lenin believed vanguardism was necessary to achieve true communism, but vanguardism itself opposes ideals of communism.

Or in other words, communism has truly never been tried if we use Marx's definition and capitalism isn't clearly defined either, but is mostly about private ownership leading an economy, in this case which is the free market.

I did a bit of research on Trump and his brand of economic nationalism is appealing BUT his casual vileness isn't and he doesn't give me any real faith in his capability to run a country.
>>
>>74043260

>The true core definition of capitalism is private ownership with the goal of gaining capital.

Capitalism is any system where capital goods are bought and sold by private individuals, instead of the state. I'm gonna dumb this one down for you because you're a leaf: a capitalist system is one where the means of production (i.e capital goods) are bought and sold by non-public actors.

The accrual of capital by those actors is an effect of the cause "pursuing productive capacity."

>>74043513

That's because you have like 105 IQ and he's running intellectual circles around you. Above all, Trump understands the reversals which the global economy are going to undertake within his Presidency and beyond:

>Chinese consumption spikes drastically in the 2020s, either as a result of war from a failed economic rebalancing or as a result of increased real household income from a successful economic rebalancing.

Note in either outcome, there will be an increase in Chinese consumption.

>German and northern European consumption spikes drastically in the 2020s, either as a result of southern Europe leaving the Euro, causing mass unemployment in Germany and northern Europe, or as a result of Germany getting its macroeconomic shit together and instituting programs to increase domestic consumption to balance out the trade outflows it currently experiences

Again, in either outcome, there will be an increase in European consumption.

Trump has his eye so on the ball it's unreal.

That's what I said you dumb fuck.

Production is in the hands of private entities and not the state, that's all. The definition of capitalism I gave earlier was from an individual point of view, but when applied to all of society, it means that private entities sell goods in order to make profit. Profit is not an after-effect, it is the goal of capitalism. In fact, wikipedia says

>Characteristics central to capitalism include private property, capital accumulation, wage labor, voluntary exchange, a price system, and competitive markets.
>capital accumulation
>fucking capital accumulation

No where does it include government regulations. Plus Trump is delusional. The funny part is that Trump is still rehearsing the same bullshit he said about Japan a few decades ago, but it's about China now.

Empty talk about how Japan would overtake the US as the first world economy and is still stealing jobs and consumers from the US, yet Japan had a crisis in the 90's while the US had a huge economic boom.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SEPs17_AkTI

Watch as this baboon repeat what he's exactly saying right now, but about Japan instead. We know how that turned out. It's quite magical.

I'd cry if it weren't so funny.

While I think Trump's China fears are overblown, he is still putting the US back on a production footing, which is what the global economic balance demands.

Just point out that any system that kills people isn't a very constructive system at all.

Also, what did Aristotle mean by "the accident of life". Like all of life, or just his own? Because that was no accident, his parents fucked at least once. That was a decision.
>>
>>74045120
No, I did not conflate capital goods with profit. I said capital accumulation is profit. Should have been more precise, capital accumulation is the use of profit actually, but it involves getting profit and using that profit to make more profit.

Capitalism can actually be defined by which way is the best to gain capital accumulation. Trump will chase out all of American corporations away. Trump loves his country, but is in a dilemma, he has the choice between choosing the people or the corporations, and he will choose wrongly. And trust me when I say this, China will most certainly welcome those companies with open hands. Can't wait for Trump's presidency and more items to buy on AliExpress.
