If you like nice people who follow the rules, the northern midwest (ohio, illinois) is a wonderful place to live.

If you need work, Oklahoma (dust bowl) is teeming with industry.

Honestly California has this. Not in it's big cities but in the northern central and eastern parts, California can be gorgeous and very white, safe, and all that. I'm thinking just east of Sacramento and a little down south. It's very nice and you've got access to the major cities and coasts of California whenever you want it but without having to deal with the people there if you don't, and apart from pretty hot summers the weather is excellent.

I moved to southeastern Alaska from San Diego a year ago and have been really enjoying it, having lived in Massachusetts, New York, Minnesota and California. I honestly couldn't tell you the last time I saw a nigger, the state is like 3% black. There's a large native population, but they're mainly in native only communities up north so I only really ever see white people. I'm a big fan of the (lack of) gun laws, the nature, the weather, muh legal weed and the general culture of the state. People in other states have a tendency to stick their noses in other people's business, but I've found there's really a culture of "mind your own fucking business" here. Also, there's no state income tax and no base state sales tax either. It's really fantastic IMO.
