If you've done a Bsc and master in something like software engineering you're making a whooping 30-35k. While in the US they pay you 80-100k for the same.
You're pretty much very chained to the government with taxes as well. Because the first 18k you make gets taxed at 36%, second bracket is 18-55k which gets taxed at 42%, everything over 55k is 52%.
VAT is 21%. Mortgage average I guess 6% if you were smart about it. Average house in a not shitty neighborhood 250k, you must have 20% or so up front otherwise you can't get a mortgage.
