It might be possible to entice women to give up their right to vote, If we added clauses in the constitution that exempted women from taxation, and required the state to care for women if they are destitute and have no family members who can afford to care for them, so basically treat women like minors.
It would be worth it though.

Women are less likely to stay rational, but that pervades through both genders now.
So there needs to be some kind of test to gauge political education and rationality.

Single women: no. They have nothing on the line -- they don't go to war, and shouldn't, and if they vote they would just vote for the government to care for them. Most mothers and wives should probably have some sort of representation though...

1. A minimum property value, high enough that you do not qualify for welfare
