The reason why Africa is such a starving shithole is because they're having dozens of children and can't feed all of them.
They still live in a tribal system, where a large amount of offspring would maximize the chances of at least one surviving.
There is literally nothing preventing Africa from moving beyond tribal society other than Africans.
