I'm so done with trying to apply for jobs this early in my transition. It's like no matter what I get misgendered. I put on the application that I'm male, and I put my name, which is a male name, and even when they call me and use this name for me and hear my voice which is sounding more male now (though probably still like the stereotypical gay voice...which doesn't bother me if I get clocked as gay since that's what I am lol), and I still get a "miss" put before my name. Like, what? I'm just kind of done dealing with strangers of authority, or who are supposed to be my superiors. If they weren't strangers it would be so easy to just simply correct them, but I get weird on the phone and it's a person I don't know so I just don't get a chance to correct them.
