Women don't want actual equality though. Women could not handle how western men are treated - you know, being disposable and doing all the work of TWO genders and then being demonized for everything 24/7. Women could not handle it, they would collapse.
What we have right now is the endgame - women benefit from extreme feminism on one hand, and chivalry on the other. Men are submissive servants to women and all masculinity is centered around pleasing women. Women have never had it better than they do now.
