I've been watching and reading about Brazil, and we can clearly distinguish between two major groups, where one claims Dilma Rouseff should be present to trial and be investigated, and others saying it is not legitimate to take away the president that was elected by people..
However, the guy who impeached and substituted her now, is the vice-president that was elected with her, and all this process is written and contemplated in the Brazilian constitution, as far as I know, however, I want to hear all the thoughts about this because I think that theres a much bigger background role playing and this is just what they what us to see, because behind the curtain there are lots of lobbies and influences.

here is the map of brazil´s biggest parties. we have 30 parties but those are the most expressive in the congress and senate. there is also PP, but fuck it. Dilma and lula, formers brazilian presidents were PT, Temer the actual president is PMDB. PMDB is the biggest party and has the most chairs in congress. seconded by PT only. Dilma managed to get help from PMDB and PSDB to be elected, in return she gave those parties ministries and the VP. In the end Cunha, the former president of congress(also PMDB) managed to start the process of impeachment. Cunha is like Little finger from game of thrones. He is a crook, and have money on fiscal paradises to avoid taxation.

All her rights were and are being respected in the trial. And nobody of those hypocrites told the same when Collor was impeached in 1992.
PS: this is a POLITICAL process, not a judicial one. The same thing with Collor: he was politically condemned in 1992, but judicially aquitted.
