First of all, there's an arrest, and a trip to jail. The deportation proceedings happen while the illegal immigrant is in jail. If the deportation paperwork is signed by a judge, the illegal is then put on a bus with a bunch of other illegals, driven across the border, and let out at the nearest shit town.
At no point in this process is there ever an opportunity for a chimp-out.
I was in jail for a DUI in California once, for a couple months. I observed the deportation process. It works perfectly, right up to the part where the judge doesn't sign the document and the illegal is cut loose to go right back to whatever he was doing.
Funny thing about all this is, Trump won't need to enact any new laws. Everything is already on the books to send every illegal Mexican in the USA right back across the border. They simply don't enforce it, because money.
