If those were the words of Jesus, then Muslims would accept them. Find me a credible Christian scholar who can show anything from within a decade or so of Jesus's supposed crucifixion that supports the claim that Jesus claimed to be the son of God (SWT) and you might have a theological leg to stand on.

Muslims do not reject the idea that there is a lot of truth to the Gospels, but that man has corrupted it with meddling, redaction and reinterpretation. For a Muslim, a Christian who follows his faith is 90% right about everything. But there is a degree to which he is misguided, and that error is corrected for in Islam.
With Muhammad (SAW) who was born in the clear light of history (unlike Jesus, for whom we have so many contradictory accounts) we have an unadulterated text that has not been pieced together by Kings or Bishops with their own interests.

It may be normal for a ten or eleven year old to get her period now, but back in the 7th century, women would have most likely began their menstrual cycles at around sixteen.
