From my experience, City folks tend to be more polite/Well-mannered. While the rurals are just apathetic (A 3rd world mentality that I also encountered in other countries as well such as Korea (Arguably worst), India and Vietnam etc.)
Capitalism and morals generally don't get along
and the most extreme examples can be found
in every developing nation. The PRC is so large
that law enforcement is stretched mighty thin so you
can get away with a lot of shit. It's generally
more 'free' than the USA in that regard (As long
