You may be right that ere is not enough data from Hungary to have its own catagory, but really Hungarians are identical to their neighbors if you look at studies.

I was actually born with blonde hair and blue eyes. As I got older, my hair darkened to brown and my eyes turned green. I've seen some pictures of scattered family members that were full blown blondes. A great-something grandmother had what at least appeared to be, reddish hair. It probably depends on which sort of settlers your Icelandic parent descends from. From what I know most of the people who moved to Iceland were either from Scandinavia or Ireland/Scotland, so you might get a mix of this.
