I lived in Paris for a few years and once you know our way around (rea : you know where the niggs and sandniggs are concentrated) the remaining 75% of the city is nice enough. Best museums by far and their pubs are just a league above the rest. Many just beautiful places. Contrary to memes people are fine as long as you don't annoy them with tourist shit.
But the green and socialist voting cucks attracted to the city are trying very hard to make it unlivable, with the new mayoress being a full blown subversion agent. Without that much success fortunately.

Best cities in germany would be the rather expensive student cities that are not too big, i.e. Freiburg, Heidelberg and Regensburg. Dresden and Leipzig are also nice. Everything north of Heidelberg and West of Leipzig is usually cancer cancer (including Berlin).

Buffalo. It's cheap as fuck to live here, the weather is not half as bad as everyone thinks, there's no traffic to speak of, there's niggers but they're all corralled into the east side of the city, Canada is just across a bridge, beautiful state parks within an hour's drive, all kinds of authentic ethnic European restaurants, a growing tech industry and nice works of architecture.
I'd go back to Verona if I could (I was born there).
But in the US I've been in every single southern state and the only city I can really recommend is Phoenix. The minorities there are civilized and polite. The city is really clean even in the lower class parts. Houses are cheap and good apartments don't cost much in rent. There's a lot of stuff to do around town and if you wan't to go camping/fishing/hiking etc. there's a national park right outside the city, and a lot of lakes are just a little bit north of the city. Only bad thing in Phoenix is the fucking heat, summer of 2015 was around 120 degrees and right now its about 90-100 every day.

Being from an hour south of Chicago, this surprises me in some ways, and in other ways it doesn't.
Most people complain about the spooky black people and crime rate, but if you were to visit downtown, the Gold Coast or other northern communities along the lake you would find it's actually a pretty nice city. I've always felt like it was the epitome of an American city, in contrast to New York which has the density and European elements of yesteryear.
