Smart people generally get scared when stupid people have power.

Just look at America. We're fucking traumatized over here because of the amount of dumbfuck rednecks actually supporting trump.

Brexit movie is now released.

Crowdfunded Brexit Redpill movie, that makes the case for leaving the EU, which gives an insight as to how the EU "really" works.

Has probably been posted here before but some people may not know about it.
Bongs and Eurobros etc should try to circulate it around kikebook etc as much as they can as there is only one month till referendum.

People need to see this.

Well I was doing it off this site, and in recent days it's closed to 3 points. The 11% undecided will have a big effect as well, I can see people last minute at the polls selfishly going, "I like the idea of independence but I'm concerned about economic uncertainty so I'll vote remain" I think this type of referendum will have a tendency to produce overestimated brexit polling and underestimated remian polling in terms of the decision they make there and then in the polling booth. Like the Scottish referendum, shortly before the vote it was neck and neck, people thought they might leave, but when push came to shove people went with the 'safe option' and remain won by 20 points. So what I'm saying is in order for brexit to win I think it would have to be by a large margin in the polls, which would only translate into a small lead in the actual vote.

This matter is getting me genuinely upset

I cannot express how annoyed it makes me when 90% of mainstream media outlets are so shamelessly being bought into the stay argument. If you do get any semblance of a fair debate on the matter, they make sure the entire audience is cherry picked to make the exit people look bad because they get a hail of boos after every sentence.

And the utterly ridiculous scaremongering. People are actually buying into it, countries that are pretty much third world get trade deals with the USA in 10 months and you really believe Obama that a Brexit Britain will take 10 years to get one? You can tell people this, and they will believe you, but then there are 20 other stupid bullshit scare tactic arguments to deal with, and you can't tell everyone. If you SOMEHOW got real coverage to let everyone know how bullshit this stuff is, they would just make up more shite and people believe it. 'The BBC is unbiased, they wouldn't lie about this stuff'. People still genuinely believe what the BBC put out.

I dunno what to do boys, it just all makes me very sad.

They've also got us believing that the EU doesn't desperately need us economically, and that trade deals are essential to trade, when they aren't, when our trade with countries outside the EU, without deals, is booming; trade inside is shrinking.

Modern politics is really changing what I view to be the most evil kind of person: it's not the despot, or the barbarian, but the guy coming down from the palace or temple in a silk robe to let the barbarians in.

Young people are always the most concerned with what other people think of them. I think it was able five years ago, when I was 25, where a switch flipped in my head and I stopped giving a fuck.

Young people don't want to be out grouped. This sort of thinking can be permanent, but some people grow out of it or at least evolve to get point where they don't mind if people disagree with them.

I'd disregard a lot of them though, that age demographic also has consistently the worst turnout among all groups in UK elections.

It's easy for them to say that when approached by a pollster, but only the leave ones are really motivated enough to go out and vote on the day.

This is the only good argument for remain. The UK has an excellent scientific community and it is genuinely a good thing for us that many of the beat scientists from overseas come to the UK work.

That said, however, I don't see how leaving the EU means we can't poach scientists.

Do you even know what is contained in the platforms?

Because when I look at Trump and Sanders, I see a couple of guys that are pretty much in line with each other on the majority of issues and only differ on nuts and bolts.

Oh yeah and they're going to be the ones that decide the outcome of this referendum, same as apathy will help greatly too. Just the same as last year's General Election ended, pretty much decided by the older generations.

In my local Grassroots Out group (we carried on anyway because Vote Leave are Tory cucks) out of about 25 of us I'm probably the only one under 40. The group of us run a street stall and leaflet around the city centre every other weekend and agree that while it's rare anyone my age really seems to care about the referendum, when they do and they're Leave they're almost 100% reliable to actually stick with it and vote that way. The remainers will have their quick rant then post something on social media, but then they just fuck off and probably won't bother voting.
>>
>>73888364
I don't understand how that works.
The remain campaign always talk about how the EU gives us money, all it takes is to say "whose money?" and the whole argument falls apart.
The answer is of course, our money; half of it anyway. They give us half of our own money right back, in the form of "bribes" to "intellectuals".
Take it right from the poor, and give it back to the well educated and well off, and keep the other half.
How do people believe this shit?

In fairness, my daughter was born when I was 25... So I didn't have to worry about total isolation from the social world because I could always rely on my family.

That said, I've been a shut-in NEET for months at a time and I was happy that way too.

I have come to the conclusion that large social circles are for fags and you only really need a small group of friends that accept you for who you are and won't cast you out for having opinions.

That is to say... Most people are vapid and the majority of friendships are weak, especially when you are young.

Can't have that!

Sure, a market crash would really fuck the younger folks that bought in, if the value becomes lower than what they're mortgaged for...

But other than that, there's absolutely nothing wrong with a correction. My in-laws bought a house for $168,000 and it's worth $1.2 million.

The combined income of my family is $160k... And I can't afford to buy that house and still live a comfy lifestyle.

That's fucked up.
>>
>>73884739

I'd do the same. It's like going back over a thousand years and changing the course of our history. I think deep down the ordinary Brit would like nothing more than go back to how things were in the Anglo Saxon age, no great empires, nation state, wealth and global influence, just free, satisfied communities where people felt like they had a stake in the things that mattered most in life.

Might also become useful too, if we fuck the economy up enough then the pakis won't want to come here if the know there's no generous paying jobs and generous gibmedats.

Plus being worried about just getting by means no-one has time for frivolous degenerate shit like spending hours wondering what gender they 'identify' as or how oppressed they are over what footwear they're told to wear at work. Not going to give a shit about those things when the priority is putting a roof over your head and affording food to eat.

There might well be something in that thinking...

Ukip got 12% of the vote in the last he all these are guaranteed out votes

That's what I'm saying, there is no debating them, they want a left wing super state to run our country and that is exactly what the EU is, so of course they will vote to stay in.

The only possible counter is if they are Corbyn supporters. Corbyn is far more left than the EU, so you could argue that if he ever got in the EU would block many of his policies, such as nationalisation of failing industries.

Problem is that most Corbyn supporters openly admit he will never get into power.

This Brexit discussion is absolutely evil. Economically, it's not based in reality. It's basically just politicians with misty eyes appealing to vague notions of Britain being as great as it once was with its empire, and blaming immigrants for their bad policies. Either way, the politicians themselves will be fine, and perhaps even stand to gain from it as there aren't those EU regulations anymore - so they can continue to pull the rug from beneath our feet for marginal gain.
There are some valid criticisms of the EU, especially to do with sovereignty. However, the U.K and its people overwhelmingly benefits from being in the EU.
And honestly, just for arguments sake, I'd rather have a benevolent EU that dictates policy as opposed to a fully democracy where the Tories can do as they fully like to turn us into USA 2.0.
The Brexit camp does not really have any truly convincing facts to back their argument, yet they exploit the fears and insecurities of people through populist attacks on the EU/immigrants to deflect themselves from their personal
