"Unborn" is a relative term. I'd say that a human life begins, and therefore is born, at conception. Just because it's in its early stages of development, doesn't mean its not human life.
If you want to be philosophical about it, then yes it is worth the same as a human that is outside of the womb.
My sister had twins, which she had to give birth to earlier than normal because of complications. She gave birth to them around the 8 month mark, but if she wanted to, she could have terminated the pregnancy, which really fucks with my head. The only thing standing between them and death was a word from my sister and that's fucked up. It's worth it inside and it's worth it outside the womb.
