It will, but at the same time I doubt it. Not to be one of "those" asses but things have gone along either about as well or better than I've expected and here's what I mostly see happening:
1. Trump will continue to slowly moderate and make deals within the RNC, garner support, and build his GE team/PACs. Trump's support will probably fluctuate around 5% until then.
2. This will all come to a head at the convention where Trump after some negotiating while Hillary sinks her sword into Bernie which pisses them off. Trump starts winning regularly over Hillary by about 3-5%.
3. Trump's PACs and ads start hitting full swing and the debates happen. Hillary is literally dying and is a piss poor debater (I laugh every time I see a hill shill try and say otherwise, she has a solid history of getting creamed in them) and we push towards a consistent 7-10% victory over her in polls.
Ultimately I think we win the popular vote by about 4-7% over her. Pretty simple, and yuuuge. VP picks and whatnot can change everything wildly but I really doubt Trump is going to put anything short of fantastic as his cabinet and VP (the only real wildcard there is Palin, who might get something important which may hamper Trump but I doubt it.)
