I think the reason it doesn't get talked about too much is because there's nothing you can really do about it, there's no way in hell you'll be able to ban contraceptive pills, that's not happening, and it would cost a fortune to retrofit all the water treatment facilities to be able to deal with the hormones in the water supply, assuming that's even possible. It's just a part of life now.
