They are made from a concrete base and columns and bricks, very energy saving, some have additional insolation making them a temperature warehouse. A house's price here of course is dependant on the location. A house near a large city or in a large city could be from 400euro/square meter(10.7 square feet) to 750euro, if you build it yourself(the easy part is the building, our beureaucracy is shit), you can prolly build it for 200-250euro/m^2.

Almost no one owns mineral rights accept the original owners. In Texas anyways. It's very uncommon for mineral rights to be conveyed with the sale of the land. It doesn't mean they can kick you off. It means oil produced from your land is theirs. If they want to put a well on your land they need your permission and it typically entails quite a bit if money to you even if you don't have mineral rights. I know people who have been paid thousands just for oil trucks to park on their land. A company recently bought 2 ft of the water on a lake near me and paid all the associated home owners around 200k total.

Doesn't really do that much, mold can't infuse into concrete, it can only form on the surface of walls and you can clean it with alcohol. Mold in American houses is a way bigger problem, cause it forms in the sockets for insolation in the inner side of the walls and you can't scrape it off wood/knauf, cause it's infused in it, so you gotta replace the wall most of the times. Humidity in concrete houses can form if you don't buy wooden window frames, this is the usual reason, the houses are usually built so there's at least one window in every room, or somekind of air flow, so usually no mold. I've lived in Rhode Island for almost 30 years. it's hailed maybe 4 or 5 times, and even then it was very light. If hail is regularly punching holes through the siding, then you have far bigger problems to worry about. and pressure washing takes me about 2 hours for the entire house.

Vinyl siding is great in all types of climates, you just need to insulate behind it, again, you put Vinyl on outside, then some foam board and something like tyvek plastic shit layer between vinyl and board and it's superb, the moisture wont be a problem as it'll go out one way through the tyvek, but not be able to come in. Then of course your interior walls will be insulated and have a vapor barrier so moisture from inside doesn't go into the insulation. Problem solved.

Step 1: Build the formwork (that's basically an inside out studwall and it needs it's own support structure so that alone puts you above stickbuilt).
Step 2: Create the rebar structure.
Step 3: Pour the concrete, ensure there's no air pockets and that it cures correctly.
Cast in place concrete is not the cheapest way to build. As for beauty, the Pantheon is made of concrete.
