Are there any reliable statistics that show disproportionate amounts of minorities commit crimes in the US and Europe? I see the claims on here about it but I can't find any definitive proof from a reliable source that corroborates it.

BJS stats usually separate Hispanic and Caucasian. Its always safe to assume white rates are lower, because they try to mix in hispanics and arabs to the white states so often.

It's going to be difficult to find them for Europe. In many jurisdictions it's illegal to report the race/ethnicity/nationality/immigration status of the perpetrator. To the point they have difficulty issuing descriptions of suspects.
