It's not as clean and shitskin-free as it should be. But it is far far less worse than any german city. I visit London and Germany regurarly. London has its problems, but it's ok-tier.

if OKC is your point of reference, London will seem whiter in general. but as other anons have pointed out there are certain parts of the city that are heavily black/brown. as a tourist, you won't see much of that unless you make it point to journey into those particular fare zones
I'm in London right now. It's for the most part pleasant. I stayed in Mayfair for 3 days it was amazing. Now I'm in SoHo and there's fucking homeless people everywhere. Feels like I'm in NYC again.
