Utah. I live well away from SLC which is the only place worth dropping a nuke in Utah outside maybe Dugway Proving Grounds but the chances of a large payload hitting Utah is slim to none. We also have no nuclear weapons here due to Mormon State being against it. I've got a few friends up at HAFB that tell me we do have a countermeasure system in place though in case of a nuclear attack as well as a 2.8 million person fallout shelter. Not to mention the intricate tunnels all over Ogden that go to the Mormon bunkers used when the Prophet has to travel.

Correct. Chances are that nuclear war wouldn't just randomly happen one day. There would be a build up to the point where analysts determine that it is inevitable.
