If you think about it, people who paid 50k for a Women's Studies degree, they just wanted to study women. They were naive to believe any bachelors can get you a job.
Therefore the college IS at fault for allowing people to get a useless degree in the first place. They KNEW it was useless when they made it. It was criminally negligent to allow that degree to continue when they had reports of people having a hard time finding employment yet continued anyway.
Universities need to pay all their tuitions back to kids and let them live their lives with a chance OR at least give them a free second bachelors with some proven job potential and then demote Women's Studies to a non-degree credits.
