I've enjoyed miderate success in life. At one point I was making well over 100k/yr, for about 5 years. That was in the student loan "rehab" business, which is a dirty, dirty business. I quit in 2008 for moral reasons.
Since then, I've found that having morals, or standards, regarding what you are willing to do to make money, is a huge detriment in the USA. I've enjoyed very little success taking the stand that I want to make a living some way besides fucking other people over.
At the same time, I know people who are immensely successful, and have been for a long time.
What I've learned is, if you want to be successful in the USA, you've got to be willing to be an asshole. Maybe not all the time, but there's going to come a time when you can profit at someone else's expense. People who are willing to make the decision to go ahead and pull the trigger at that juncture end up with most of the money, most of the security in this country.
According to my father, it hasn't always been this way. But since that is the way it is now, and now is the time in which I live, I don't see the benefit of nostalgia for Dad's world.

Yeah pretty much. I started out with 3k and one shipping container a month back in 2011.
Hardest part is finding a buyer in your country. Most people already have suppliers and contracts so buying is harder. But if you've got a shed or room in your house that can store all the shit, aside from paying to get it over here there's no real costs starting out, and you always have that stock, even if it takes you like 5 years to move it, you'll still make a profit over inflation unless some fucked up shit happens.
Try something more bland than tablets though, that's straight up business / tech store territory. Something simple like Tiles or Kitchenware you can sell to another, different small business / middleman when starting out, then when you start moving more you can try approach businesses offering your wares in bulk.
You really need a buyer though.

I live independently and have a stable career with good growth prospects, have an active social life, do not engage in degenerate behaviour (apart from drinking occasionally), keep fit and am trying to find my future wife.
