Franz Boas, the "father" of modern athropology, started the myth that there were no neurological, behavioral, or intellectual differences between races. Basically, he was the one who gave us the notion that evolution produced extreme physical differences between races in every way, except for the brain, which "has remained unchanged and the same for tens of thousands of years". There was absolutely no basis for this, but it became dogma. He was also a Jew.

It's suggesting that any group at a political disadvantage should broaden their definition of the group to include as many people as possible in order to have more power.
We've seen it done all the time in leftist circles. POC is an example of it (Basically anti-white groups wanted to unite under a banner). LGBT is another (to get more power in comparison to normal men and women). Feminism did it with the definition of 'feminist' (very broad definition includes most people, "anyone who wants equality").
